Hi, I’m Root…

I am a queer and nonbinary changemaker. I use they/them pronouns.

I’m an Integral Coach, facilitator, community organizer, organizational development practitioner, and ecological landscape designer.

We are living in a time of societal collapse, instability, and chaos which has the potential to be a time of great transformation, liberation, and healing for our community and causes.

Each of us are a part of an important ecosystem that needs us in this time to lead from our whole aliveness.

I believe that when we are in relationship with our own aliveness, our approach to leadership brings out the aliveness in others to topple the destructive and life sucking systems of oppression.
